Terms of Service

Submitting our online form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. We'll reach back out by phone or email to confirm the date, time, and price. The appointment is locked in only after we confirm.

• Prices on the site are starting prices based on vehicle size. Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, biohazards, or oversized vehicles may require an upcharge and we'll tell you before we start.
• Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash and major card payments.
• Add-ons added on-site at your request will be billed at our posted rates.

• Safe, legal, and accessible space to park and work around the vehicle.
• Permission to perform the service at that location (HOA, landlord, employer, etc.).
• Removal of personal valuables from the vehicle before we arrive. We are not responsible for lost cash, electronics, or other personal items left inside.

If conditions on-site make the job unsafe or impossible (severe weather, no access, etc.), we may reschedule.

• Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may be charged a $25 trip fee.
• We may cancel or reschedule for severe weather, illness, or safety reasons. You won't be charged in that case.

We use professional, paint-safe products and techniques. We do our best to improve the condition of every vehicle, but we cannot guarantee removal of:

• Pre-existing paint damage, scratches, chips, oxidation, or clear-coat failure
• Permanent stains, burns, tears, or odors set into upholstery
• Rust, water spots etched into glass, or damage from prior detailing/coatings

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions (loose trim, aftermarket parts, cracked windshields, faulty electronics, etc.). If you notice anything you believe we caused, tell us before we leave so we can address it.

Ceramic coatings and paint enhancements are subject to their own service agreement, which we'll review with you before the appointment. Performance depends on proper aftercare; failure to follow aftercare instructions voids any related warranty.

By booking and allowing Vantage Detailing to perform services on your vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You assume full responsibility for any pre-existing damage, wear, or defects on your vehicle, including but not limited to loose trim, cracked windshields, peeling paint, aftermarket parts, faulty electronics, and worn upholstery.
• You release Vantage Detailing, its owners, operators, and employees from any and all liability for damages, losses, or claims arising from pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or the natural aging of your vehicle's surfaces and materials.
• You agree that our maximum liability (if any) for any claim related to our services is strictly limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific service, and you waive any right to seek additional damages, including consequential or incidental damages.
• You understand that professional detailing involves physical contact with your vehicle, and minor cosmetic changes (e.g., slight softening of adhesive trim, temporary paint marring from heavy contamination removal) can occur during proper service.

If you believe we caused damage during service, you must notify us in person before we leave the job site. Claims reported after our departure will not be honored.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our site at the time of your booking is the version that applies.
