FAQ
Common questions.
How long does a detail take?
Express Wash runs about 45 to 60 minutes. Exterior Detail takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Interior Detail takes 2 to 3 hours. A Full Detail takes 3.5 to 5 hours depending on size and condition.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we have access to your car and a water spigot or open space, you can leave the keys and we'll take care of the rest.
What do you need from me on-site?
Just a parking spot with a little room to work and access to an outdoor water source and outlet. If you can't provide either, let us know. We can usually work around it.
What if it rains?
We'll watch the forecast and reach out to reschedule at no charge if weather looks like it'll affect the job. Light overcast is no problem.
What add-ons do most customers get?
The most popular are Clay Bar & Hand Wax for that deep gloss finish, Ozone Odor Elimination for pet or smoke smells, and Headlight Restoration if your lenses have gone yellow. We'll always recommend what makes sense for your specific car. We never push anything you don't need.
How far in advance should I book?
We typically book out 3 to 5 days. If you need something sooner, text us at (309) 635-1021 or (309) 536-2342 and we'll do our best to fit you in.
When do I pay?
For most jobs, payment is due at completion after you've seen the finished work. For larger jobs over $300, we require a 50% deposit to hold your booking. We accept cash, card, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo.
